Range not as long as advertised

I guess I can say it works as described. It is a huge help from where I was before purchasing, and I am grateful to have it here. That being said, the switch between the different devices is rough, and there is a constant scratching sound, as if the phone cable was loose. It isn't. Honestly, I would buy from Jabra again, but I would not purchase this particular headset again. I have to give it my thumbs down, which stinks as I was really excited about this one.

Does not fit and item returned

I hear crackling when on calls. I'm hoping it's just a defectives device, so I will request a replacements.
